Sandra Nelson
Center Director
Since joining Primm ABC in 2009, Sandra has grown through several leadership roles, including Administrative Aide, Family Support Specialist, and Center Director.
With a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, she brings deep expertise, strong values, and an unwavering commitment to children, families, and the wider community. Sandra is a compassionate and inclusive leader who believes every child deserves to feel safe, respected, supported, and inspired to succeed.
Through continuous professional development and collaboration with early learning and family support programs, she leads Primm ABC with knowledge, dedication, and purpose—helping strengthen both the school and the families it serves.

Tanika Brown
Program Supervisor
Since joining Primm ABC in 2017, Tanika has been a dedicated leader, mentor, and advocate for children and families. Her warm personality, positive energy, and passion for early childhood education make her an invaluable part of our school community.
After earning her Associate Degree from Highline College, she continues her studies in Early Childhood Education, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and excellence.
Tanika believes strong family partnerships are the foundation of every child's success. Through her compassionate leadership, she supports children, families, and staff while helping create the inclusive, nurturing environment that makes Primm ABC a place where every child can thrive.

Meagan Crawford
Family Support Specialist & School-Age Lead
Meagan has been a valued member of the Primm ABC team for many years, bringing warmth, compassion, and a strong commitment to children and families.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, she helps families identify community resources, access support services, and find solutions that meet their individual needs. Meagan also works closely with students to ensure they feel supported, understood, and connected.
As the lead for our school-age and after-school program, she creates a caring and engaging environment where children can build confidence, friendships, and new skills. Her collaborative spirit and dedication make her an important part of the Primm ABC community.

ALY
Lead Preschool Teacher
Aly has been part of the Primm ABC team since 2022 and brings extensive academic preparation and professional experience in early childhood education. He holds multiple bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Early Childhood Education.
He specializes in bilingual education, early language development, and programs including ECEAP and SPP, with strong knowledge of early learning standards, regulations, and program quality.
In addition to his work with children and families, Aly serves as a university instructor for future educators and is the author of two books on education. His passion, leadership, and commitment to high-quality early learning make him a valuable member of the Primm ABC community.

Kimberley Cox
Lead Preschool Teacher
Kimberley has been a valued member of Primm ABC since 2005 and has contributed her experience and dedication in every classroom. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, she brings deep knowledge of child development, classroom practice, and the traditions that have shaped our program.
She is highly experienced in Teaching Strategies GOLD® (TSG) and supports important program processes, including ECEAP and SPP, helping ensure strong documentation, quality standards, and meaningful learning experiences for every child.
Primm ABC is also part of Kimberley’s family story, as her own children have grown through the program during her years with the center. Her experience, commitment, and lasting connection to our community make her an invaluable member of the Primm ABC team.

Marki Abercrombie
Preschool Assistant Teacher
Marki joined Primm ABC in 2015, bringing valuable experience from Head Start and a strong commitment to preschool education. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
Known for her warmth, creativity, and loving approach, Marki creates a nurturing classroom where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Her dedication to children’s social, emotional, and academic development helps provide each student with a strong foundation for kindergarten and future success.

Lemlem L Lamisso
Toddler Teacher
Lemlem has been a dedicated member of the Primm ABC team for several years and brings extensive experience, creativity, and compassion to our toddler classroom. With a strong foundation in Montessori education, she creates meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that support each child’s natural curiosity and development.
As a bilingual educator, Lemlem leads a welcoming bilingual classroom where toddlers are encouraged to communicate, explore, and build confidence in a nurturing environment.
Her loving personality, patience, and deep understanding of toddler development make her especially skilled at helping young children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.

Cecilia Cortez
Toddler Teacher
Cecilia has been a dedicated member of the Primm ABC team for several years and brings extensive experience, warmth, and compassion to our early Pre-K classroom. She is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, reflecting her strong commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
With many years of experience in early childhood and preschool education, Cecilia creates a nurturing environment where toddlers feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore.
Her gentle personality, patience, and dedication to young children help support their social, emotional, and early learning development while making every child feel valued and cared for.

Josefina Amaya Ontiveros
Lead Waddler Teacher
Josefina is a warm, loving, and dedicated educator who brings care, creativity, and patience to our waddler classroom. She holds a Washington State Early Childhood Education credential and has valuable experience supporting the growth and development of very young children.
She is especially passionate about helping children strengthen their fine motor skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities and creative daily routines. Josefina understands the importance of building trust, comfort, and emotional security during the earliest years of development.
Her gentle approach and genuine love for infants and toddlers help create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Lori Henderson-Kelly
School-Age Teacher
Lori joined the Primm ABC team in 2020 and now supports our School-Age and After-School Program. She brings creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to each day, designing engaging projects and activities that keep children learning, moving, and working together.
Lori enjoys helping students build confidence while providing the structure and guidance they need to channel their energy in positive ways. Through hands-on experiences, group activities, and creative challenges, she encourages children to express themselves, develop new skills, and feel successful.
Her dedication and genuine love for working with children help make our after-school program a welcoming and exciting place where students can grow, connect, and thrive.

Delisa A Red
Administrative & Classroom Support
Delisa has been a valued member of the Primm ABC team for many years, providing essential administrative support that helps our school run smoothly every day. She oversees student records, enrollment documentation, daily check-in and check-out procedures, and ensures that important school paperwork is organized, accurate, and up to date.
In addition to her administrative role, Delisa is always ready to support classrooms whenever needed, bringing a caring, positive attitude to both children and staff. She is passionate about early childhood education and believes that strong organization and family support are key to every child's success.

Trista Williams
Preschool Assistant Teacher
Trista joined the Primm ABC team in 2025 and brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong commitment to early childhood education. She is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
With experience working with young children, Trista helps create a nurturing and engaging preschool classroom where every child feels supported and encouraged to learn. As a bilingual educator who speaks Chinese and English, she enjoys introducing children to a second language and celebrating the value of multicultural learning.
Her caring personality, passion for teaching, and belief in every child's potential make her a valued member of the Primm ABC community.
